Complaints

We value our Buyers and respond to Buyer Complaints in 1 to 2 working days, by emails.

 

Buyers are requested to contact us First, by email to yogasale@gmail.com, giving your order details, as per the following format, in case of any complaint/ delay or any other issues and wait for our response for 1 to 2 working days, by email.

 

Buyers are requested to NOT to contact PayPal or their Credit Card Issuer, without any communication with us, as such a hasty action may not be required after all. Please be assured that, we respond to all emails in due course, in 1 to 2 working days, by Emails. 

 

Buyers who will give instant negative feedback to PayPal or their Credit Card Issuer, without any prior communication with us will be required to reimburse us the " Chargeback Settlement Fees ",  if any charged by PayPal or their Credit Card Issuer, which may be $60.00 USD or more, per each transaction.
