For Swami Ramdev Baba Medicines, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, Magazines & Books only: Items are Shipped after next working day. All orders, by default, are for English Editions only, unless specified otherwise by way of options with the order.

For VCDs/ DVDs/ CDs:

If the VCDs/ DVDs are not functioning at all, the same shall be replaced at our cost for re-sending by the same mode, while the buyer returns the items to us at his cost. But if the returned VCDs/ DVDs are found to be functioning properly upon examination by us, the same VCDs/ DVDs shall be returned to the buyers and buyer will have to pay us for the shipping & handling once again for re-return to the buyer. It is in the interest of buyer to ensure that the VCDs/ DVDs are run on couple of different modes/ makes of VCD/ DVD players/ Multimedia Personal Computers etc., eliminating all the errors, by trial & error methods to know why the VCDs/ DVDs are not functioning. We supply only the original sealed packs, which contain the original Hologram of the respective copyright holders, who pack the VCDs/ DVDs only after testing the same very carefully, in most modern plants. Buyer should email & seek prior confirmation number from us, before returning anything.

For Medicines: Orders are accepted on "Best Efforts" & on "First come - First Served" basis, subject to the availability of the stocks. Please note that due to high demand and limited availability of any medicines of Swami Ramdev, we may run out of any item/s. Sellers reserve the right to ship the medicines in parts, in case of shortage, under advance intimation to the buyers. As such, please order your medicines well in advance, much before your supply has finished. In case, some medicine is out of stock, but its parallel medicine for the same disease is available, the seller offers to send that parallel medicine and buyer accepts this. with the condition that the difference shall be payable / refundable by the both sides, as the case may be.

Free Shipping by Air Mail: Our prices, are inclusive of delivery by Registered Post, By Air Mail by India Post to All the Countries, served by India Post.

Delivery may take 2-4 weeks more or earlier, depending on the Postal Systems & Customs Clearances of both the countries. As the Tracking number is provided by India Post, we shall provide you with the same issued by India Post (of Government of India) a day after the shipping, by email. Buyers may track such packets, on the online tracking page of the website of their Countries' official/ Govt. Postal System, if available.

For orders received from rest of the countries, the packets shall be sent by "Airmail, Registered Post", only and not by any Courier etc.. "

English Language Editions: All International Orders shall be supplied by default in English Language Editions, unless specified in the order.

Other Language Editions: All the VCDs are available in English & Hindi Editions separately. All the three Books by Swami Ramdev are available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi & Bengali Editions separately, at the same rates. To order the other languages editions of your choice, please select the correct Language, while ordering & payment, as no change/ refund or cancellaction is possible after the payment has been made by the buyers.

Most of the DVDs by Swami Ramdev are having two or more sound tracks, English/ Hindi etc., as mentioned with the DVD; two or more languages-in-one DVD, selectable by the user per the user manual of the DVD player.

Upon receipt of Payment, all packets are shipped, after the next working day.

Insurance - Optional: In - transit - Insurance is available @ 35% of the total of the purchase price plus the shipping & handling. If required, please send us an email via "contact us" form and we shall send you the Invoice via PayPal for the exact amount in US Dollars. Please pay this invoice on receipt.

Herbal/ Ayurvedic Medicines: Please note that Customs Authorities of certain countries do permit the import of Herbal/ Ayurvedic Medicines into their countries, for personal use, as such we do supply the orders to such countries. Buyers may buy the products, after consulting at their end, about the permissions, duties etc.. Buyer pays any Customs Duties and completes the formalities etc. at their end at their cost/s. In such cases, the support to the buyers, by the Voice Calls, may be provided FREE for first call only & thereafter on payment of $5.00 USD per call to be paid in advance by buyers, as per our contact us page. Please note that support by emails, may be provided to the buyers FREE for first email only & thereafter on payment of $5.00 USD per email, payable in advance by the buyers. The Patients/ Buyers are, of couse free to make couple of calls to us, per our contact us page at their cost.

The Buyers from certain countries, often request us to ship their medicines to the address of their friends/ relatives in another nearby country, which permit import of such medicines, without any Customs Duty or restrictions etc.. We honour such requests, on merits.

Returns Policy:

Orders once paid, cannot be changed or refunded or cancelled, as all orders are firm & final and binding on buyers.

In case of delayed/ lost packets, efforts shall be made to trace the packets through the Postal Authorities. On request the tracking number of the Air Mail, Registered Mail/ EMS Speed Post issued by India Post (of Government of India) shall be provided, which shall be the conclusive proof of our having sent the items, as un-insured packets are sent at the risk of buyers. For insurance, please add 35% on the total of the purchase price plus the shipping & handling.

If packets are returned back to us, for any reasons, such packets can be re-claimed by buyers, only on payment of Re-Shipping & Handling by the buyer, for the second attempt to deliver, as follows:

a) for International delivery by Registered Post Air Mail, via India Post $20.00 USD, for the first 250 Grams or part thereof & $5.00 USD for each additional 250 Grams or part thereof.

b) for International delivery by EMS (Express Mail Service) by Speed Post, via India Post $45.00 USD, for the first 250 Grams or part thereof & $7.50 USD for each additional 250 Grams or part thereof.

c) for delivery, within India, by EMS Speed Post, the charges for re-shipping for second attempt to deliver shall be $ 12.50 USD, for the first 250 Grams or part thereof & $ 2.50 USD for each additional 250 Grams or part thereof.

Please note that as there in no policy for any refund, cancellation or change of order, under any circumstances. It is in the interest of Buyers to accept & receive their Packs and not to try to refuse or cause the pack to be returned, under any circumstances, as such packs never reach us, intact.

We supply the sealed Ayurveda Herbal Medicines/ Health suppliments, as packed by the manufacturers. As such the colour, taste or appearence thereof may change from batch to batch etc. by the very nature of Ayurveda.

Refunds Policy:

As this is an online International/ National sale via Internet, all sales are final & binding on the buyers. Please note that your order, once paid, is irrevocable and can NOT be cancelled / changed / refunded etc. All sales are final & binding on the buyers. Please take care to take delivery of your packets from your Postal Service, as there is no policy for any refund etc. for returned packs. There is no policy for restocking the items, once paid for. It is in the interest of Buyers to accept & receive their Packs and not to try to refuse or cause the pack to be returned, under any circumstances, as such packs never reach us, intact. Start of the subscription: Orders for Magazines received up to the 15th of the month shall start from the next months issue. But the orders for Magazines received or after the 16th of the month, shall start from the next to next month. Say the order received up to 15th January, shall start from the issue dated February and the orders received on or after 16th January, shall start with the issue dated March; for twelve calendar months.

Subscription number shall be advised by email after one week.

Magazines are usually sent in the 2nd/ 3rd week of the Month.

Language Editions: We offer only English, Gujarati, Hindi & Marathi Editions of the Magazine. Please place your orders after carefully making sure you are clicking the correct language, as no change in language edition is permitted later.

Insurance: No Insurance is available, as this is monthly magazine only.

Returns Policy:

Orders once paid, cannot be changed/ refunded or cancelled.

In the case of lost issues, no replacement copy shall be sent. In such cases, the subscription shall be extended by one month.
